Get ready for an emotional roller coaster as BBC’s DIY SOS: The Big Build returns this week with a heartbreaking yet inspiring story from Leicester. The premiere episode follows Nick Knowles and the dedicated team as they take on one of their most challenging projects yet: transforming the home of eight-year-old Isla.
Isla was born with a rare genetic condition that causes her bones to be incredibly brittle and leads to premature aging. Her original home was unsafe and unsuitable for her complex needs. Watch as a massive community effort and hundreds of volunteers rally together to deliver a stunning, purpose-built, and safe environment that will completely change Isla’s life and her family’s future.
Bringing together a wealth of knowledge in installing digital voice products, broadband, and networking infrastructure, we assisted DIY SOS with this project.
